Draper and Rune are set for their second-ever meeting on the ATP Tour.
They faced off last year at a Masters 1000 tournament in Cincinnati, where Rune claimed a 6-4, 6-2 victory, denying the Briton what would have been his first Masters 1000 semi-final.
Both players head into the final on the back of three consecutive wins over top 20 rivals.
On his way to the final, Draper defeated Taylor Fritz, Ben Shelton, and Carlos Alcaraz, while Rune knocked out Stefanos Tsitsipas, Tallon Griekspoor, and Daniil Medvedev.
Both have losing records in finals: Rune has won four of nine, while Draper has claimed two of nine—though the Briton has won two of his last three.
