IND Vs PAK – LIVE

How to watch India vs Pakistan Live in USA: Live stream, TV channel and start time for ICC Champions TrophyThe biggest rivalry in cricket is set to re-ignite again as India take on Pakistan in the ICC Champions Trophy in Dubai on Sunday.

Defending champions Pakistan didn’t quite have the start they were looking for, as they suffered a 60-run defeat to New Zealand in their tournament opener. After losing to India in the ODI World Cup in 2023 and the T20 World Cup last year, Pakistan will be desperate for a change in fortunes against their bitter rivals.

Meanwhile, India will head into this contest after scoring a six-wicket win over Bangladesh on Thursday. Shubman Gill (101 not out) and Mohammed Shami (5-53) may have starred in that victory, but it was another impressive all-round performance from pre-tournament favorites India.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.

Pakistan vs. India team news

Pakistan’s not only lost their opening match but also star batter Fakhar Zaman has been forced out of the tournament. Fakhar suffered an oblique injury during the match against New Zealand. Imam-ul-Haq has been named as his replacement.

The pressure will be back on middle-order players Babar Azam, and Saud Shakeel to perform.

Tayyab TahirAgha Salman, and Khushdil Shah were three established all-rounders who featured in the first match against New Zealand; they are likely to retain their places for the next clash.

Naseem Shah will spearhead the pace bowling attack along with Shaheen Shah Afridi and Hairs Rauf, while Abrar Ahmed will likely feature as the single full-time spinner in the playing XI.

Pakistan predicted XI: Imam, Babar, Shakeel, Rizwan (c/wk), Salman, Tahir, Khushdil, Afridi, Naseem, Rauf, Abrar.

India will likely opt for the same playing XI that featured against Bangladesh. Shubman Gill, who is in stellar form, will be a threat to the Pakistan pace bowling attack. Skipper Rohit Sharma loves playing against Pakistan; and may yet again go for his high-rick, high-reward game from the get-go.

Virat Kohli’s is still struggling for his form and will be looking to put big runs on the board and stage a comeback. KL Rahul did a decent job as a wicketkeeper, but his batting provides much-needed stability to the team. He may continue in the XI, while keeper-batter Rishabh Pant waits for his chance.

Axar Patel once again showed just how devastating he can be against Bangladesh. India may once again opt for the spin trio of Patel, Ravindra Jadeja and Kuldeep Yadav on the drier Dubai pitches.

Mohammed Shami’s form was not convincing enough ahead of the tournament, but the veteran pacer shut all the critics up with his performance. He should lead India’s pace attack yet again.

India predicted XI: Rohit (c), Gill, Virat, Iyer, Rahul (wk), Axar, Jadeja, Hardik, Harshit, Shami, Kuldeep.
